A career quiz based on a real model, not random questions

This Career Aptitude Quiz is built on the RIASEC model (also called Holland Codes), the most widely used framework in the world for mapping professional interests, the same conceptual basis behind public instruments like the U.S. Department of Labor's Interest Profiler.

Instead of a single question, the quiz combines 4 blocks, interests, confidence, work values and environment preferences, in about 10 minutes, and returns your 3-letter Holland Code along with the careers closest to your profile.

How the result is calculated

The Holland Code comes exclusively from the Interests block (36 questions, 6 per RIASEC dimension, Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional), never blended with confidence or values. This keeps the measure faithful to the original model.

Confidence (24 questions) is shown as a second layer on the chart, separate from interest. Work values (8 forced-choice pairs) and environment preferences (5 questions) never enter the RIASEC score, they appear as a separate recap in the result.

Suggested careers are the closest matches to your normalized RIASEC vector (Euclidean distance) across a database of 30 careers spanning all 6 dimensions. This is an educational self-discovery tool, not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional career counseling.
