Nature of the tools: educational estimates
J-Kit tools are provided for informational and educational purposes. Results are estimates and do not constitute legal, medical, accounting, tax, financial or investment advice. Calculators for laws, taxes, benefits and health do not replace assessment by a qualified professional or consultation of the official source applicable to your case.
No warranties and limitation of liability
J-Kit is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, J-Kit is not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the tools, from decisions made based on results, or from service unavailability. Responsibility for verifying a result before acting rests with the user.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to overload or abusively automate the network APIs, and not to attempt to bypass security mechanisms. Tools that generate fictitious documents or data are meant for testing and demonstration; using them for fraud or falsification is prohibited.
Intellectual property
The editorial content, the J-Kit brand, the design and the site code are protected. You may freely use the results produced by the tools. Reproducing the site’s texts, guides or visual identity requires permission.
Ads and affiliates
The site may display ads and affiliate links, always labeled. Data handling, cookies and consent are detailed in the privacy policy.
Embeds
Tools marked as embeddable may be inserted on other sites through the /embed routes, without ads. We ask that credit to J-Kit be kept. We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue embeds.
