What naming strategies does the generator use?
There are 8: compound name, blending two words, coined term, evocative name, suffixed word, alliteration, founder's surname and acronym. The generator rotates between the active strategies instead of always favoring the one that best matches the keyword, so a batch of suggestions shows real variety.
Why do some names come flagged with spelling risk?
Because the analyzer tests sound-ambiguity patterns of the chosen language, such as s/z between vowels and g/j before e or i in Portuguese, or ph/gh and c/ck in English, plus doubled letters, hyphens, digits and names over 14 characters. The more of these patterns a name stacks up, the higher the risk someone misspells or mispronounces it when passing it along by word of mouth.
Does the generator confirm whether a domain is available?
No. It builds the candidate domain by joining the name to the TLD and sends the user straight to Registro.br (for .com.br domains) or to ICANN Lookup (for the others), where they check real availability themselves; the generator never runs that check on its own.
Is a name with no risk flags already clear to register as a trademark?
No. The analyzer only checks spelling and reading traps, not collisions with already-registered trademarks. Checking the trademark database, INPI in Brazil or the equivalent body elsewhere, remains a separate, mandatory step before registering any business name.
