A draw announced with just a screen recording is easy to dispute, because it proves nothing about how the winner was actually chosen. This tool records two numbers that solve that: the SHA-256 of the exact comment list that went into the draw, and the public seed that, combined with that hash, defines the whole drawn sequence. Anyone can recheck the result afterward by pasting the same list and the same seed.
