A tarot deck has 78 cards: 22 Major Arcana numbered 0 through 21, and 56 Minor Arcana split into 4 suits of 14 cards each. This page explains the deck's structure, the classic spreads, and how shuffling actually works on this site: it is a pseudorandom number generator, not metaphysical luck.
It is the largest standard spread in Western tarot; each position carries a fixed assigned meaning, so swapping the order of the drawn cards changes the entire reading, even with the same 10 cards.

The future they show is the most likely direction if nothing changes, and you remain the one who decides the next step.
