Every round, exactly one new step is randomly picked and appended to the end of the existing sequence. Earlier steps never change, so round 10 always starts by repeating the same 9 colors from round 9, plus one new one.

A classic memory game with no end in sight
Color Sequence is the classic memory game where four colored pads, each with its own sound, light up in an order that grows by one step every round, and you have to repeat the whole thing from the very beginning. There is no maximum sequence: the game keeps growing indefinitely until you make a mistake, so your real opponent is your own short-term memory. Kids Mode gives you three lives and a gentler pace, great for children or anyone just starting out; Classic Mode follows the traditional rule, a single mistake ends the round, and the pace picks up faster as the sequence grows. Each mode's best score is saved separately in your browser.
Watch, memorize, repeat
- Pick Kids Mode (more lives, gentler pace) or Classic Mode (one life, traditional pace) and tap "Start".
- Watch the sequence of colors and sounds light up on the pad; it grows by one step every round.
- Repeat the whole sequence in the same order by tapping the pads; get it right to advance, get it wrong and lose a life (or the game, in Classic Mode).
