Central number 6 (Care). Sum 6: the two 2s surrounded by two 1s.
12:21 reversed hour meaning
The Reversed tab of the tool lists the 13 pure reversed hours, and the other 3 are under Mirror. Below, the rule that gives the clock exactly 16 of them.
Central number 6 (Care). Sum 6: the two 2s surrounded by two 1s.
Central number 8 (Results). Hour and minutes both reduce to 4.
Central number 2 (Balance). Two ones between two zeros.
Central number 6 (Care). Same sum, different notes.
Central number 1 (Initiative). The 14 and the 41 both reduce to 5.
Central number 1 (Initiative). Sum 10, which reduces to 1.
They are times where the hour and the minutes have the same digits, like 01:01, 15:15 or 23:23. On a 24-hour clock there are 24 of them, from 00:00 to 23:23, and 1 in every 60 minutes of the day shows one. Popular tradition reads them as a nudge to notice what you were thinking at that moment.
There are 16: 00:00, 01:10, 02:20, 03:30, 04:40, 05:50, 10:01, 11:11, 12:21, 13:31, 14:41, 15:51, 20:02, 21:12, 22:22 and 23:32.
Because minutes stop at 59. The hour 06 reversed would give 60 minutes, and 16 would give 61. That is why a reversed hour only accepts units from 0 to 5.
They share the same digits, the same sum (6) and the same root, but their own notes differ: 12:21 highlights the partnership of 2 between beginnings, and 21:12 highlights the expression of 3, since 21 and 12 reduce to 3.
Sites use the terms differently. Here, a mirror hour repeats the hour in the minutes (15:15) and a reversed hour writes them backwards (15:51).

Time
Initiative
The most famous of all. It is the master number 11 doubled, tied to intuition. In popular culture it is the time to make a wish; in the symbolic reading it works as a cue to notice what you were thinking at that moment and what you want to do about it.
Repeated 1: focus, decision and beginning. The most common reading is that your thoughts carry weight right now, so it is worth noticing where your attention is going and choosing on purpose.
In love, it asks for clarity and the courage to take the first step: say what you feel, set the date, close what is already over. Healthy independence, not isolation.
At work, it points to a project of your own, leadership and decisions. Pick one thing to start this week and start small.
Reminder: the first step does not have to be big, it only has to happen.
All digits are the same (111, 4444, 11:11). In numerology, repetition works as emphasis: the digit's meaning does not change, but it gains weight, and the tradition treats it as the most direct message a number can give.
The hour and the minutes are the same (01:01, 15:15, 23:23). The two pairs of digits repeat, and the tradition reads the message twice: once for the hour and once for the minutes, as a request to notice what was on your mind at that moment.
With four digits, 1111 also reads as the master number 11 said twice, which reinforces the tone of intuition and attention.
It is not a seal of approval for any idea. Ask whether what fills your mind is what you want to grow.
1 (×4) · Initiative: to begin, to decide, to lead.
The reading adds up all the digits and reduces the total to a single digit, keeping the master numbers 11, 22 and 33. When three or more identical digits appear in a row, that digit is the central number.
In this case: 1+1+1+1 = 4. Central number: 1.
If you glance at the clock 20 times a day at random minutes, there is about a 68% chance of seeing at least one of the 80 patterned times (out of 1440). Patterns are common by pure arithmetic.
24 times a day where the hour and the minutes are identical.
Keep going with numerology
Symbolic tradition with no scientific basis: numbers do not send messages, and seeing patterns often is an effect of attention and arithmetic. Use it as a prompt to reflect.
