This tool fetches CPTEC/INPE's official forecast on every request, without storing any snapshot, because the underlying data changes every day.
It is the most direct mode: no city name or code to resolve, because CPTEC already keeps a fixed reading for all 27 state capitals.
The 4-letter code is validated on its own, separate from any other identifier: SBGR is not the same query as searching "Guarulhos" by name, which would return the city, not the airport specifically.
That is the endpoint ceiling: requesting more than 6 days is rejected before CPTEC is even queried, because the gap between the request and today would exceed the horizon the model publishes.
