Original Resin recovers 1 point every 8 minutes and the cap has been 200 since version 4.7. From 0 to 200 is 26 hours and 40 minutes, and from 100 to 200 is 13 hours and 20 minutes. A full day returns 180 points.
Find out when your Original Resin, Trailblaze Power, Battery Charge or Waveplates fill up, how long until your next runs, and get a browser alarm.
All four games regain stamina on their own, point by point, up to a cap, and then stop. Genshin Impact's Original Resin returns 1 point every 8 minutes and has been capped at 200 since version 4.7 (June 5, 2024), when it rose from 160. That is 180 per day, and 0 to 200 takes 26 hours and 40 minutes. Honkai: Star Rail's Trailblaze Power, Wuthering Waves' Waveplate and Zenless Zone Zero's Battery Charge all return 1 point every 6 minutes. Their caps are 300 (since HSR version 3.0, January 2025, when it rose from 240), 240 and 240, and Battery Charge takes 24 hours to go from 0 to 240. Each game handles the overflow differently. In Genshin, at 200 regeneration simply stops and every 8 minutes spent full is a lost point. In HSR and ZZZ the excess fills a reserve: 1 point every 18 minutes up to 2,400, which you convert into stamina 1 to 1 (in HSR, up to 300 per withdrawal and only if it fits under the cap). In Wuthering Waves the excess produces 1 Waveplate Crystal every 12 minutes, also swapped 1 to 1; the cap on those crystals was not confirmed and so it is not modeled. The tool stores the value you read on screen and the moment you read it, so the number keeps climbing even with the page closed and the time it fills is exact, with no need to leave anything open. It shows the local time it fills, a countdown, how long until 1 or more runs of common costs, how many runs fit per day, and tells you when the game starts wasting regeneration. The alarm uses the browser notification, requested only when you turn the option on, and can also warn a few minutes ahead. It only works with the tab open, and the calendar file (.ics) covers the rest. The daily reset, at 04:00 server time, was checked for Genshin, HSR and ZZZ in secondary sources. Values checked on 2026-10-18 and subject to change in any version.
