No. They only satisfy the public format and the Luhn checksum, so forms and validators accept them. They are not linked to any bank, have no balance and cannot pay for anything. Never use them to attempt a purchase or any kind of fraud.
Official sandbox cards from Stripe, Braintree, Mercado Pago and Adyen, plus Luhn-valid test numbers for 10 brands, with a validator.
Card numbers follow a public structure: the first digits identify the brand (4 for Visa, 51 to 55 and 2221 to 2720 for Mastercard, 34 and 37 for American Express), the length depends on the brand, and the last digit is a Luhn check digit that catches typos. This tool generates numbers that satisfy all three, with a fictitious future expiry and CVV, and lists the official sandbox cards that Stripe, Braintree, Mercado Pago and Adyen publish for their test environments. Generated numbers are for testing only: a number that is valid by Luhn is not a real account, has no balance and never works for purchases. Never use them to try to pay, to get past a real check or for any kind of fraud.
Paste the code into your HTML and the tool shows up on your page, without J-Kit's navigation and ads. It still runs in the browser of whoever visits your site.
