detect mobile tablet user agent
There is no standardised "tablet" token in either User-Agent or Client Hints, so any tablet classification is a convention each manufacturer follows by tacit agreement, not by specification. This page shows how the heuristic works in practice, where it breaks, and what to check when the string cannot be trusted.
The absence of the Mobile token in the string, not the device model, is the only reason this User-Agent reads as a tablet.
The literal K token in place of the real model is the result of Chrome's User-Agent Reduction; the Android version also comes frozen, it does not reflect the version actually installed.
Since Safari on iPadOS made this change, the string no longer carries the iPad token, so any string-based parser, this one included, classifies the device as a desktop.

Because the presence of the Mobile token in the string, not the hardware, is what decides it. A manufacturer that includes Mobile in the ROM build makes the device read as a phone even when it is a 10-inch tablet; it is a firmware convention, not a check of the actual screen size.
Yes: combine the CSS interaction media queries pointer: coarse and hover: none with viewport size, since neither User-Agent nor Client Hints carry a dedicated tablet signal. The Sec-CH-UA-Mobile hint is just a boolean (?0/?1), the same value a desktop can also send.
