rotate video and remove sound online
Click Rotate 90° until the preview shows the right orientation, turn on Remove the sound if you want a silent file, and run it. The preview already appears rotated and muted, so what you see is what comes out. None of this requires marking a clip: with the whole selection, the entire video is processed.
On the fourth click the rotation returns to zero.
Width and height swap at 90° and 270°; at 180° they stay the same.
8 Mbps video, 10 s, muted: (8,000,000 minus 128,000) x 10 / 8, about 9.38 MB; it is an estimate, the real size appears after generating.
At 180° width and height stay the same and only the picture turns upside down; in MP4 with fast cut the rotation goes as a flag in the file.
Pick the file and mark the start and end on the timeline. The trim runs in the browser, on your device's own processor, and the result is built in memory and downloaded directly. No byte of the video goes through a server, which also means there is no upload queue and no upload limit.
If the file lacks the rotation note, or the app that made it ignored it, the video plays in the orientation the pixels were recorded in. Click Rotate 90° until the preview looks right; the tool adds your rotation to whatever the file already states.
As a flag in MP4 with fast cut, nothing changes. With re-encoding, the video is compressed again at a high bitrate (up to 1.2 times the original), so the loss is small, and the dimensions are the original ones with width and height swapped when the rotation is 90° or 270°.
Yes. All options combine: mark the clip, turn on Remove the sound, rotate if needed and generate once. The summary shows the result duration, the estimated size and the method used, and the download button uses the original file name with a suffix.
Trimming happens in your browser. The video is not sent to any server.
