emotional biorhythm
The emotional cycle has a 28-day period, the same length as the average menstrual cycle. In the theory (without scientific support), it would represent mood, sensitivity and relationships.
Highest point of the curve.
Exact crossing, even period.
Same formula, applied to any days-lived count.
It is a popular theory, not a real biological measurement, that claims three aspects of life (body, emotions and mind) follow fixed sine-wave cycles, starting at birth and never changing period. This calculator reproduces the classic formula purely for curiosity and entertainment.
According to the theory, it would measure mood, sensitivity and the quality of relationships, in a 28-day cycle from birth. It is symbolic interpretation, not an actually measured emotional indicator.
Only in the theory's historical origin: Fliess picked 28 days because it matched the average menstrual cycle length. It is not the same calculation and does not depend on menstruation, it is a fixed formula based on birth date, applied the same way to anyone.
It is not recommended. Controlled studies confirmed no real predictive ability. Use it as curiosity, not as a basis for emotional decisions.
By default we show today, but you can pick any other date, past or future, to see how the three cycles would look on that day.
