Brazil INSS contribution time: counting after EC 103
Constitutional Amendment 103/2019 did not create a single way to count contribution time: there is the definitive minimum-age rule (art. 19) and transition rules based on points, progressive age, or a toll period for whoever was already contributing before the reform. This calculator merges the periods entered, removes overlaps, converts special time prior to 11/13/2019, and reports whether each structural rule has already been reached.
