No. Name, address, phone, email, employer and physical description are drawn from lists. The address has a consistent city and ZIP, but the street and number are made up and may match a real address by chance. Do not use it to identify anyone.
A complete fictitious US person for testing: name, SSN, driver's license, address, phone, email and test card, all consistent with the state you pick.
This generator builds a fictitious US person for testing forms, sign-ups, imports, reports and demo screens: full name, date of birth, address, phone, email, username, test password, SSN, driver's license number, physical description, test card and employer. The consistency is structural. The state you pick drives the city, a ZIP whose first three digits (the USPS sectional center) belong to a city in that state, a real area code from that state and the driver's license number pattern (California is one letter plus seven digits, Texas eight digits, Florida a letter plus twelve digits, New York nine digits). The date of birth falls in the age range you set, the license is issued after age 16 and expires eight years later (the convention of this site's driver's license generator; real terms vary by state), and the email is built from the name on example.com, example.org or example.net, domains reserved by RFC 2606 that never reach a real inbox. The phone sits in 555-0100 to 555-0199, the range reserved for fiction. The default SSN uses the 9xx area, which the Social Security Administration never issues, and the card is an official gateway test card. Nothing here is a real person and nothing is sent to a server. Still, valid-format numbers can coincide with someone's by chance, so use is limited to testing and demos.
Paste the code into your HTML and the tool shows up on your page, without J-Kit's navigation and ads. It still runs in the browser of whoever visits your site.

The 555-0100 to 555-0199 range is reserved for fiction, so the number never rings a real phone. The area code is real and belongs to the state.
Area 9xx: the Social Security Administration never issues SSNs starting with 9, so this number cannot belong to a real person.
Official test card from the Stripe documentation. It only works in the gateway's test mode and never charges anything.
Locked groups keep their value when you generate again; everything else is rebuilt consistently (the email follows the name, the phone and driver's license follow the state).
