Honkai: Star Rail is a turn-based RPG with seven damage Types, Physical, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Quantum and Imaginary, and seven Paths that define each character's role on a team. Drop each character into one of this tool's five default rows, add two extra rows if you'd rather split by Path, and export the finished board as a PNG.
Each row label allows up to 8 characters: "Quantum" fits whole, but "Imaginary" (nine letters) needs to become something like "Imagin" to fit the field.
Honkai: Star Rail teams mix different Paths, damage, support, healing, defense; splitting rows by Path keeps an Abundance character from being measured against a Destruction one.
Since Eidolon runs from E0 to E6 and reshapes a character's kit, adding the level to the item's name keeps two very different versions from stacking in the same cell.
Any of them. Since you add your own items (text or images), you can make a tier list of Genshin characters, Valorant agents, weapons, maps, skins, or even things outside games. The tool is generic and doesn't ship a fixed list for any game, so you have full control over what appears.
Use the S-F preset, which already has seven rows, one per Type: Physical, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Quantum and Imaginary. Rename the labels (up to 8 characters each) and drag characters in by their damage Type.
Not really: one heals the team and the other deals direct damage, roles the game's seven Paths, Destruction, Hunt, Erudition, Harmony, Nihility, Preservation and Abundance, split on purpose. Build one row per Path before comparing.
It does. On every change, the tool writes the state to the browser's local storage about 400 milliseconds later, without sending anything to a server; close it and reopen, and every character is still on the same row.

The tier list is built entirely in your browser. Images, items and the exported PNG are never sent to any server, everything stays in this browser's local storage.
