DataJud case lookup by CNJ unique number

DataJud is the CNJ's national case data repository (Res. 345/2020). It allows querying case metadata from participating courts without login, directly by CNJ case number.

What DataJud returns

Procedural class (action, appeal), subject (CNJ national table), court, degree, filing date, last movement, judging body, parties and recent movements.
Sensitive party data (CPF, addresses) are not exposed by the public API. This tool does not store queried data.

When to use

Does DataJud cover all courts?

The DataJud database gathers metadata from virtually all courts, per CNJ Resolution 331/2020. This tool's automatic court derivation, however, currently covers only State Justice (segment J=8, all 27 state courts); cases from Federal, Labor, and Electoral Justice are not yet resolved automatically here.

Frequently asked questions

Are all courts in DataJud?

Most TJs, TRTs, TRFs, STJ and STF are integrated. Some smaller or state military courts may not be available.
