how to write a resume summary and experience bullets
The summary and the accomplishment lines are what is read most on a resume. The summary says who you are in a few sentences; each bullet proves it with something you did. The tool evaluates each line you type and suggests what to improve.
It does not count as an action verb and carries no measured result.
It is 98 characters, under the 190 limit. The reduction is 18 h, or 75%.
Rewrite as what you did: Served 40 customers a day with 95% satisfaction.
Text. The tool uses browser printing with its own stylesheet for A4 or Letter, so the PDF has selectable, copyable text in system fonts. That helps screening systems read the content, although no format guarantees that a specific system will parse everything correctly.
Not every accomplishment has a number, and you should not invent one. The checker only suggests numbers when more than half the lines have none. Use what you really know: number of customers, team size, deadline, frequency. If you do not know, describe the outcome qualitatively.
Two to five is usually enough; the checker suggests trimming above eight. More bullets do not mean more value: prioritize what relates to the role.
Both appear on resumes. What matters is keeping the same pattern in every line. English resumes usually drop the pronoun and open with the past-tense verb (Led, Reduced), which is what the tool recognizes best.
