This randomizer exists to remove human bias from repetitive round decisions, not to give anyone a competitive edge. On the Bombsite tab, you set a weight (the default is 50/50, but you can nudge it to something like 60/40 if you feel the CT side is over-favoring one site) and the draw uses the browser's own random number generator (Web Crypto, with an automatic fallback) to decide A or B; the map list shown (Dust2, Mirage, Inferno, Anubis, Ancient, Nuke and Overpass, the Active Duty pool as of July 2026) is just a label displayed alongside the result, because every map in that pool has exactly 2 bombsites and the draw logic is always the same A-or-B choice no matter which map is selected. The "avoid repeating 3x in a row" guard keeps track of your recent draw history and re-rolls the result whenever the natural draw would create a 3rd consecutive pick of the same site, you can turn it off at any time if you'd rather have fully independent draws with no adjustment. The CT Default/Rotate and Retake tabs solve two other common scrim and practice problems: which CT sub-group holds the site it's already at and which one rotates to help the other (respecting whatever player split you enter, without suggesting which site is "better" based on the map, since that kind of meta goes stale every patch), and which bombsite plus which side, attacking on the retake or holding on defense, your group practices on the next rep. Finally, Role Draw shuffles up to 5 players across IGL, Entry, Support, Lurker and AWP with a real Fisher-Yates shuffle, the same fair-shuffle algorithm used by other randomizer tools on the site.
