minecraft grindstone recipe
The tool shows the grindstone grid and the count down to cobblestone and logs, with the stone smelting and the coal it needs.
Sticks at the ends of the top row with the stone slab between them; planks at the ends of the bottom row, the middle empty.
The 3 cobblestone become 3 stone for one round of slabs, and 1 log gives the planks and sticks. That leaves 5 slabs and 2 sticks.
The cobblestone and coal do not change (3 and 1), because the same round of 6 slabs covers all 4. Logs go up to 3 and 2 slabs remain.
It adds up what each item needs across all branches and only then rounds the number of crafts up. One log makes 4 planks; if you need 5, that is 2 logs and 3 planks left over. Leftovers show on the Materials tab and are reused by other items on your list before more raw material is requested.
It takes 2 sticks, 1 stone slab and 2 planks of any wood, in two rows.
Just 3, because one round yields 6 slabs. That same cobblestone covers up to 6 grindstones; only the wood grows.
No. The data recipe uses the stone slab, which costs one fewer smelt per piece of stone than the smooth stone one.
The pickaxe, per the mineable/pickaxe tag. The loot table returns the grindstone itself.
