minecraft clock recipe
The tool opens on the clock: the gold cross grid at the top and, under Materials, the count down to raw gold and coal.
One gold ingot in each middle edge slot and the redstone in the center. The four corners stay empty.
The 4 raw gold become the 4 ingots in 4 smelts, with 1 coal. The redstone goes in with no processing.
That is 16 raw gold and 4 redstone. The 16 smelts take 2 coal, exactly, with nothing left.
Each clock costs 5 emeralds. Using up all 12 trades means 60 emeralds for 12 clocks.
Two chest tables in the official data include the clock: ruined portal and shipwreck map.
It adds up what each item needs across all branches and only then rounds the number of crafts up. One log makes 4 planks; if you need 5, that is 2 logs and 3 planks left over. Leftovers show on the Materials tab and are reused by other items on your list before more raw material is requested.
It takes 4 gold ingots and 1 redstone dust. In raw gold that is 4 items, smelted with 1 coal.
It is 16 raw gold, 4 redstone and 2 coal for the 16 smelts, which works out to 4 raw gold per clock.
The clock is in the piglin_loved tag in the official data, the list of items piglins love.
In ruined portal and shipwreck map chests, or for 5 emeralds from a level 4 librarian.
